I teach drawing in an unconventional method. I teach you to use your eyes as your primary tool. I don't work with blocking in shapes, but rather by following a shape with your eyes while pulling the pencil along the paper. I call this Shape Memory Method™ It's a very effective way to accurately draw what you see.

Katherine offers private lessons in drawing, watercolor and pastel. She also teaches a group watercolor class on Monday evenings throughout most of the year. The class is a "drop in" style, with few projects spanning more than one lesson. The class must have at least 3 students in order to "make". To RSVP for a class, contact Katherine.
